Culminations and Waterworks
A number of graduations took place this week in Agoura Hills.
It was a big week for schools. Agoura High seniors threw their caps in the air; Lindero Canyon eighth-graders bid farewell to middle school; and Yerba Buena, Sumac, and Willow fifth-grade students culminated from elementary school, onto the next chapter of their education.
Here's a look at those stories and everything else that went down in town from June 14 to June 19.

On the last of day of school, we posted our final Graduation Countdown, spotlighting Agoura High senior Adam Russak.
We took a behind-the-scenes look at Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff Station's Search and Rescue team, and got the facts straight about Ladyface's peak.
WEDNESDAY
On Agoura High School's graduation day, we posted a story about Assistant Principal Chris Regan stepping down from his position. Patch published the list of graduating seniors, along with where they will be attending college.
THURSDAY
We featured a Q & A with LVMWD Public Affairs & Communications Manager Jeff Reinhardt to gain some insight on the new water budget.
That was followed by video graduation coverage of Lindero Canyon Middle School, Sumac, and Willow Elementary Schools.
FRIDAY
We covered the ground breaking ceremony for Agoura High School's new performing arts center. Fresh graduate Valerie Goren recapped her last week at Agoura High School. Motherload columnist Breann Kline offered crafty tips for last-minute Father's Day gifts.
