On Tuesday, the mother of missing Mitrice Richardson, who disappeared on Sept. 17, 2009 after being released from the custody of the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's Station, sued the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department for negligence and wrongful death.
THURSDAY
