Westlake Village Man Accused Of Shooting Wife: Cops
Tim Gautier of Westlake Village is accused of shooting his wife Gina Monday morning in their Westlake Village apartment.
WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA —Ventura County deputies have arrested a man accused of shooting his wife early Monday morning in their Westlake Village apartment.
Tim Gautier, 55, is being held a $500,000 bail in connection with the death of Gina Gautier, 57, according to the Ventura County Sheriff's Office.
Police say that the shooting occurred just before 7 a.m. Monday inside the couple's apartment on the 2300 block of Fountain Crest Lane. Deputies say they found Gina Gautier shot multiple times and unresponsive. She was taken to Los Robles Regional Medical Center, and pronounced dead shortly after.

Deputies arrested Tim Gautier late Monday after interviewing him and neighbors, and finding a handgun on the scene.
According to a report in The Acorn, dispatch told deputies that a man shot his wife in the chest after she attacked him with a pan.
