Willow Wildcats Say Goodbye
Fifth-graders "lean on" one another as they bid farewell to elementary school.
All three of Willow Elementary School's fifth-grade classes culminated on Tuesday to a packed auditorium of weepy family and friends.
Teacher Fran Doucedame, Jeremy Janton and Sandra Pope presented their classes. A student representative spoke on behalf of each group.
Doucedame student Olivia Kepler, Janton student Samantha Speer and Pope student Matthew Elbaum all agreed that Outdoor Ed was their favorite memory of the past year. "Go Wildcats!" Speer proclaimed.

The ceremony ended with a performance of Bill Withers' "Lean on Me."Â
