ALAMEDA, CA — The evening commute after 4 p.m. is expected to be miserable because of high winds, heavy rain and strong currents, according to the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District.
If you can catch the ferry that departs Pier 41 at 3:50 and the Ferry Building at 4:05 - that would be much better than the last ferries.
