I-880 On-Ramp Blocked
If you leave the island and try to get on the freeway, the on-ramp is blocked.
OAKLAND, CA — The California Highway Patrol reports that the on-ramp to southbound Interstate Highway 880 is blocked at 23rd Avenue, along with the slow lane of the freeway.
A yellow box truck is broken down.
A tow truck is on the way, but it's expected to block traffic until shortly before noon.
