Peet's 'Best Barista' Makes a Winning Cup of Coffee in Alameda
Meet this year's top barista in the attached video.

Roslyn Trapanese of the Half Moon Bay Peet's won the sixth annual Peet's Barista Competition held at the company's coffee roastery in Alameda Thursday.
Trapenese edged out the two other finalists in this year's competition, Ray Orate of Peet's Encinitas and Tara Boccaleoni of the Washington Square Peet's in Petaluma. They were selected from among 4,000 baristas working at Peet's outlets across the U.S.
The finalists were judged on the quality of their drinks — prepared at high speed as they also comment on the characteristics of the ingredients they use.
