Proposal of In-N-Out Burger to Open at Alameda Landing
The developer of Alameda Landing is proposing that the Planning Board allow In-N-Out to open at the center, along with a Chase bank and 24-hour gas station.

The planning board will consider allowing an In-N-Out Burger at Alameda Landing, which has been proposed by the area's developer, according to the Contra Costa Times.
In addition to the fast food chain, Catellus Development Corp. is also proposing a Chase bank and a gas station, the Contra Costa Times reports.
Construction has already started on the center's Target store, which is scheduled to open in October 2013, the Contra Costa Times reports.

According to the Contra Costa Times, the In-N-Out Burger would include a drive-thru and stay open until 2 a.m. The Chase bank would have two drive-thru ATMs, and the gas station would be open 24 hours and hold nine pumps and a kiosk.
The board will be briefed about the proposal on Monday, June 24. However, it will not consider a recommendation to actually approve it until July 8, the Contra Costa Times reports.
