Fan Pays Staggering Price For Warriors-Cavs Game 5 Tickets

Someone paid a record-setting price for courtside seats at Monday's game at Oracle Arena.

OAKLAND, CA — Someone really wanted to be courtside for tonight's Golden State Warriors - Cleveland Cavaliers game at Oracle Arena. They paid $133,000, including fees, for a pair of tickets to Game 5 of the Finals, according to reports. The Warriors are up 3-1 in the series and could win the championship tonight.

The $133,000 set a record as the most expensive seats in NBA history.

If you're unwilling to pay that kind of money you can catch the action on TV. The game will start at 6 p.m. It will be televised on ABC stations and will be available for streaming at WatchESPN.

The face value of courtside tickets at Oracle for the Finals are $3,000 a piece. Another pair sold at resale for $90,000, while a third pair was sold for $82,000.

There are currently no tickets available on the verified resale site.
