Swim School Purchases Mariner Square Loop Building

AquaTech Swim School bought the former Bayside Pavilion restaurant building for $2.5 million.

A swim school recently purchased the retail building at 2203 Mariner Square Loop, according to a post on the website CoStar Group, a real estate information company.

AquaTech Swim School bought the building for $2.5 million, or $244 per square foot, according to the post.

The space is measured at 10,246 square feet and housed the former Bayside Pavilion restaurant and event center. It was built in 1982 on 2.2 acres in Alameda County, the website posting said.
