(VIDEO) City Manager Talks Public Trust Agreement, Lease with Shipping Company and Pension Reform

  • State Lands Commission signed a public trust agreement with the city, which will pave the way for the development of Alameda Point including the Naval Air Station.
  • A 66-year lease signed with Bay Ship & Yacht Co. which will help create about 250 jobs for Alameda.
