What's the Oldest Home for Sale in Alameda?

There's an old saying, "They don't make 'em like they used to."

With that in mind, we thought in this week's real estate installment we'd look at the oldest home we could find for sale in Alameda.

This one is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 1315 Court St. The three-story, remodeled home was built in 1905.

It sits on less than a quarter-acre and is 3,193 square feet. It's listed as selling for $929,500.
