Albany Parks Clean-up Day This Saturday: Creekside Park

ALBANY, CA — Friends of Albany Parks will hold a Clean-up Day at Creekside Park this Saturday, Oct. 1, 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

According to the organization, the Friends of Albany Parks program is designed to encourage community members to get involved with the care, maintenance and beautification of their favorite neighborhood park. These events also help foster a better sense of community and build social capital as neighbors meet and work with one another.

Stick it out to the end and you'll get free pizza provided by the Albany Community Foundation. You'll also get a free t-shirt.
