Albany firefighters are investigating the cause of a two-alarm house fire on the 700 block of Taft Avenue Sunday afternoon. The fire started on the front porches of adjacent houses around 2 p.m. and dry winds caused a spot fire on nearby Albany Hill. The fires were all put out by 5 p.m. There were no injuries.Â
