New 'Art Fu' Class Offered in Albany
The Fuse Fitness and 4Cats have joined forces to offer a combination martial and fine arts camp for children aged 5-12 years this summer.

This summer, next door neighbors, The Fuse Fitness and 4Cats join forces to offer a combination martial and fine arts camp for children aged 5-12 years.
The campers will start their day at 4Cats where their creative minds and hands will explore the world of mixed media.

Everyone will design a beautiful summer themed acrylic on canvas painting, learn about baby wildlife, make paper mâche, and much more.
After lunch campers will go next door to The Fuse Fitness to exercise their body and minds in Kung Fu classes with master instructor Deshaun Williams. All levels of experience are welcome and no equipment is needed.

Summer Sessions
The camp sessions are Monday through Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., starting each week from June 10 through mid-August.
The cost is $145 for martial arts at The Fuse Fitness and $180 for the morning at 4Cats. Space is limited. Enrollment has begun.
