Saint Mary's High Blood Drive - Donors Needed
Help Saint Mary's reach or exceed it annual life-giving goal!
ALBANY - Saint Mary’s College High School in Berkeley has been sponsoring blood drives for more than 20 years, collecting more than 50 units of blood each year. That’s enough blood (1000+ units) to save more than 3,000 lives. We need your help.
Do you have an hour to spare to help us reach this wonderful goal again this year? Donors are needed and welcome to join us on campus Tuesday, March 26, for PRE-SET appointments (see below) between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. in the school gym. This year, we remember in a special way Saint Mary’s science faculty member of 22 years, Ms. Melissa Graviss, who passed away last September. Ms. Graviss co-coordinated the annual drive, inspiring students, parents, alumni, and friends to donate so generously.
CAN YOU BE A DONOR? Please sign up today at vitalant.org. Our school code is SMCHIGH. If you need assistance or have questions, please contact Saint Mary's faculty member and event coordinator, Mrs. Carla Harkness, at charkness@stmchs.org or (510) 559-6247 at your earliest convenience. Very limited parking is available on campus; street parking is preferred. You must be pre-registered at Vitalant to participate. Thanks!
