Semi Crash, Haz-Mat On I-580 Caused Rush Hour Headaches
It took hours to clear the truck and oil spill.
ALBANY, CA — A crash on I-580 near Buchanan Street in Albany involving a semi-truck and a Prius has been cleared, but the clean-up extended into rush hour, causing a serious backup.
The crash caused an oil spill.
The Coast Guard was notified, in case any oil reached the Bay.
