What A Median Priced Home Looks Like In Albany

What would you say is the average home in Albany?

If you go by the median price, this could be it.

Last week, Data Quik released the median prices in towns across the East Bay. The price included condominiums and townhouses as well as single-family homes.

In Albany, the median price was $580,000.

One house close to that price is this two-bedroom, one-bathroom home at 1247 Dartmouth St. It's listed at $629,000.

The house, which was built in 1935, is 1,247 square feet and sits on an tenth of an acre.
