Aliso Viejo Man Wins Surf City Marathon By 8 Minutes
Paul Sarris, 34, came in first place during the annual Super Bowl Sunday marathon.
Aliso Viejo resident Paul Sarris, 34, took first place at the Surf City USA Marathon today in Huntington Beach.
Sarris finished the race in two hours, 30 minutes and nine seconds, according to the official marathon website.
With an average pace under six minutes per mile, Sarris finished in first place ahead of 2086 runners.

The second place runner finished the race about eight minutes after Sarris.
The Surf City USA Marathon occurs every year on Super Bowl Sunday.
