City, Chamber to Promote Local 'Shop & Dine' Program

More than 30 people gathered in Town Center this morning for the Shop & Dine Aliso Viejo kick-off meeting.

The meeting, hosted by the Aliso Viejo Chamber of Commerce and city of Aliso Viejo, was a way for the chamber and City to connect with local businesses and create excitement for the first annual Shop & Dine Aliso Viejo in October.

The new citywide Shop & Dine program offers discounts and promotions to people when they shop or dine at participating restaurants, stores and businesses during the month of October.

The Shop & Dine program is a great chance for people to win prizes just for shopping and dining in Aliso Viejo. No purchase is required. Simply visit a participating business, store or restaurant to obtain a prize ticket. Then drop off your ticket at either Nekter Juice Bar, Chick-fil-A or Cosmo’s Italian Kitchen. Three prizes will be awarded - $1,000, $500 and $250 worth of gift cards to Aliso Viejo restaurants and stores. So far, more than 60 businesses have signed on to participate and many more are expected to take part.
