Elements Brings Modern Style to Aliso

Elements, the newest condo project from Shea Homes, had its grand opening March 17 in Aliso Viejo. Since then, the company has sold five of the units.

The first phase of construction included seven codominiums, located off of Vantis Drive. Phase 2 is underway with hopes of a "very quick completion," said Nicole Toumayan, Shea Homes sales representative. Six more phases are planned, each with the same number of units.

Elements offers four different floor plans, which include:

• 2-3 bedrooms
• 2.5 bathrooms
• 1,568-1,917 square feet
• $384,900 - $456,900

Toumayan said the design at Elements is much more modern than the neighboring development—Latitudes.

For residents renting at any Shea Properties location, such as in Aliso Viejo, a buying discount is available at Elements. For every month the buyer has rented from Shea, the selling price will be reduced $100 (up to $3,600).
