ALISO VIEJO, CA — A boy reported missing triggered a brief helicopter search over Aliso Viejo Saturday. The boy was quickly found safe, an Orange County Sheriff's commander told Patch.
The boy's parents reported him missing after he walked home from a sports practice without their knowledge, authorities said.
Residents reported seeing a helicopter circling overhead shortly after noon Saturday, blasting a message about a missing child.
