Aliso High School Artists Called To Enter CA-48 Art Competition
Are you a high school artist? California's 48th District calls for entrants to the Congressional Art Competition; winner displayed in DC.

ALISO VIEJO, CA — Art is all about discovery, and the Artistic Discovery Contest is open to all Aliso Viejo high school students in the 48th district. All students, even those who are home-schooled, are invited to attend, according to Congressman Harley Rouda and his wife, author Kaira Rouda.
"After Harley got elected to congress, I learned that our district has never participated in this contest," Kaira Rouda said.
One winner will be featured in the halls of congress for an entire year, they said.
