Power has been out since 10 a.m. for some of Aliso Viejo residents.
Southern California Edison says 821 Aliso Viejo customers have been without power since 10 a.m.
Power is expected to be restored between midnight and 4 a.m., according to SEC.
Residents in the area of Westwing, south of Aliso Creek have been impacted by the outage.
