Strong Winds, Low Fire Danger In Aliso Viejo
Residents may see wind gusts of up to 50 miles per hour in some Orange County areas, Monday as a Santa Ana wind event parks over SoCal.

ALISO VIEJO, CA — Strong winds are forecast to whip around the Southland over the next couple of days, and a wind advisory will be in effect until Tuesday night in several areas.
The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory through 10 p.m. Tuesday for the San Fernando Valley, Santa Monica Mountains Recreation Area, Santa Clarita Valley, Los Angeles County Mountains and Inland Orange County areas and forecast northeast winds gusting to 40-60 mph in some of those areas.
Areas not under the advisory will see strong breezes, gusting to 30 miles per hour, officials say, including the Orange County coastal areas. In Rancho Santa Margarita, winds were blowing at 12 miles per hour from the north east at 10 a.m.
