There were 38 crimes reported last week in Baldwin Park and nearby unincorporated county areas, according to data from the Crimereports.com website, which the Baldwin Park Police Department uses to log crimes.Â
hat compares to 27 crimes in the same area last week.  The increase from last week appears to be mostly in theft and stolen cars.
The crime break-down, from Monday September 2Â to Sunday September 8, was:
- 4 reported assaults, including one assault with a deadly weapon
- 3 cases of breaking and entering
- 2 robberies
- 11 theft cases
- 5 cases of theft from vehicle
- 12 stolen cars
