Tough travel day this morning? CHP logged over 100 crashes due to rainy morning commute, they say

BALDWIN PARK, CA — Rain equals brake lights, accidents and stalled morning commutes across the Southland.

The California Highway Patrol statistics covered the period from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. both days.
