Baldwin Park CHP to Offer Driving Classes for Teens
The "Start Smart" free class for teens and parents/guardians aims to illustrate the consequences of poor choices behind the wheel.

The Baldwin Park California Highway Patrol will be offering a free class for teenagers new to driving or who will soon be getting a license on March 28.
The CHP’s “Start Smart” program aims to provide teens and their parents/guardians with an interactive class that shows the consequences of poor choices behind the wheel of a car.
The classes will include information of the CHP’s Mission of Safety, Service, and Security, the responsibilities of newly licensed drivers, the responsibilities of parents/guardians, and collision avoidance techniques.
