"If someone approaches you to purchase these illegal explosives, politely decline and then call your local police department", said the BPPD.

Baldwin Park Police is reminding residents about the dangers of illegal fireworks that might be for sale on the streets.
Through a newsletter, the BPPD urges people not to purchase explosives of that kind or from someone on the street, because of the danger these may pose.
