Under the authority of the Director of the Emergency Services, Baldwin Park’s Department of Finance is preparing to mail out the business license invoices with an insert that allows businesses that closed down due to COVID-19 to apply for a fee waiver, and businesses that suffer a hardship can apply for a four-month extension.

The City of Baldwin Park cares deeply about all the businesses in our City. Especially those businesses struggling in our community. On behalf of the Mayor and City Council, we want to express our gratitude to the Baldwin Park business community for following the County and State quarantines and using precautionary measures of increasing the frequency and intensity of hygienic procedures.
