SIGALERT Jackknifed Big Rig Causes Traffic Nightmare
An overturned big rig on I-10 just past the 605 through Baldwin Park caused mayhem on the roadways for Monday afternoon drivers.
BALDWIN PARK, CA — Four lanes of the eastbound San Bernardino (10) Freeway at the San Gabriel River (605) Freeway in Baldwin Park were expected to be closed until around 5 p.m. due to an overturned truck, according to Caltrans.
The #2, 3, 4, 5 lanes of eastbound I-10 at I-605 in #BaldwinPark were closed as of 3:45 p.m. due to the overturned jackknifed big rig, CalTrans advised.
Drivers were told to seek alternate routes and watch electronic message signs.
