Teen Stabbed Twice in Arm During Robbery Attempt Monday

A teenage boy was stabbed twice in the arm during a robbery attempt near the intersection of Ramona Boulevard and Harlan Parkway on Monday afternoon, according to Lt. David Reynoso of the Baldwin Park Police Department.

The crime happened around 9:30 p.m. when he was approached by two men who attempted to rob him, Reynoso said.  The victim resisted and was then stabbed twice by the suspects, who then ran off.

Both were wearing dark clothing, one of them estimated to be in his 30s, the other in his early 20s, according to Reynoso.

The victim was brought to the hospital for treatment and the police were called there to investigate, he aded.
