EL MONTE (CNS) - Authorities today identified a young man who died in a single-vehicle crash in El Monte.
The crash occurred about 3 a.m. Monday on Santa Anita Avenue south of Hondo Parkway, the El Monte Police Department reported.
Irvin Hernandez, 18, of El Monte, died at the scene, said coroner's Assistant Chief Ed Winter. The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
