2 Banning Teens Killed In Palm Springs Rollover Crash

The coroner identified the victims late Tuesday.

PALM SPRINGS, CA β€” Two people killed in a rollover car crash Friday night on Highway 111 in Palm Springs have been identified by the Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner's Bureau as Banning teenagers.

Dennis Leonard Savard II, 17, and Jazmen Marie Thomas, 16, died in the solo-vehicle wreck that was reported minutes before 8 p.m. on southbound Highway 111, just north of Angel Canyon Trail.

KESQ reported four people were in the crash vehicle. The other two were transported to an area hospital; one did not survive, according to the news agency. Their identities have not been released.
