Another Garage Fire Reported In Beaumont

BEAUMONT, CA β€” Less than 24 hours after a fire broke out in a Beaumont garage on Essex Road, another was reported Tuesday morning about 3 miles away.

Tuesday's blaze was called in at 4:20 a.m. in the 1200 block of Antonell Court, near Pennsylvania Avenue. When crews arrived on scene, they found the garage fully involved with fire, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.

The blaze burned for about 40 minutes before being extinguished by firefighters. A knockdown was called at 4:59 a.m., the department said.

There were no reports of any injuries, and the cause was under investigation.

The fire follows a garage blaze Monday afternoon in a residential tract in the 900 block of Essex Road.

The incident was reported at 2:46 p.m., and when crews arrived on the scene they found the garage fully involved in flames, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County spokesperson April Newman.

There were no reports of injuries, and the cause of the blaze was under investigation, Newman confirmed.
