BOARD MEETING UPDATE:

The Beaumont USD Board of Trustees will return to conducting Board meetings fully in-person beginning with the Tuesday, March 23, 2021 board meeting.

What This Means:

The Board meeting will be open to members of the public who would like to attend the meeting in person. COVID-19 safety guidelines will continue to be followed, including requiring the use of facial coverings and maintaining 6-feet of physical distancing. The meeting is held in the Board room at the Beaumont USD Educational Support Facility located at 350 W. Brookside Avenue, Beaumont, CA 92223.

Recordings of the meetings are posted to the website the next day.

PUBLIC COMMENTS

Members of the public interested in making a comment on any item on the agenda are welcome to attend the meeting in-person to address the Board of Trustees.

INVITATION TO ADDRESS THE BOARD

During regular meetings of the Governing Board (Board), members of the audience have an opportunity to speak regarding subjects or concerns that appear, or do not appear, on the agenda. The Board President reserves the right to limit speaking time to three (3) minutes. Unless the item has been placed on the published agenda in accordance with the Brown Act, there shall be no action taken. The Board may acknowledge receipt of the information, or refer the matter to staff with no direction as to action or priority.

It is suggested that anyone wishing to speak to the Board arrive a few minutes prior to the start of the meeting and to fill out a form "Request to Address the Board" located in the boardroom. The form is submitted to the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent.
