Fall Fest to be held at San Timoteo Canyon Schoolhouse, Oct. 5
A celebration at this local historic 1883 landmark that includes live music, pumpkin-painting, free snow cones and cotton candy, and more.
Fall Fest at the San Timoteo Canyon Schoolhouse will be held on Saturday, Oct. 5, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The free event will feature live music by "Inside Straight," pumpkin-painting, vintage kids' games -- including a Maypole -- a "school marm," free snow cones and cotton candy provided by Beaumont Kiwanis Club, performances by "Mark Twain," a flag-raising at 10 a.m., a Model A car and 1931 Ford fire engine on display along with the Gilman Ranch Hands' stagecoach, a local history exhibit, and more. The schoolhouse is a county park and is open the first and third Saturdays of each month. It's located at 31985 San Timoteo Canyon Road. It's technically in Redlands, but sits just west of Beaumont.
The event is presented by Riverside County Parks, the San Timoteo Canyon Schoolhouse Committee and the San Gorgonio Pass Historical Society.
