Fire Engulfs Banning Motel
An early morning fire broke out at an abandoned motel in Banning Sunday.
BANNING, CA β An abandoned motel in Banning was engulfed in flames early Sunday morning, and crews spent the better part of an hour battling the blaze.
The fire was reported at 3:22 a.m. in the 1200 block of West Ramsey Street, according to the Riverside County Fire Department. Firefighters arrived at the scene to find flames shooting from the building, officials said.
Just after 4 a.m., officials reported the flames were out.
