Multiple People Killed At Banning Cemetery

UPDATE: 3 Sought In Banning Cemetery Slaying

BANNING, CA — At least two people were found gunned down at the cemetery in Banning over the weekend, Patch has confirmed through various sources.

Official details related to the Sunday afternoon incident are still extremely limited, as officials remain tight-lipped as to what occurred at San Gorgonio Memorial Park.

We do know that the incident most likely happened sometime before 5 p.m., as the gates to the cemetery are locked at that time on weekends. The sprawling grounds stretch over 25 acres on the northern end of Banning, at 2201 North San Gorgonio Avenue.

Patch is told the deadly incident happened on the upper portion of the grounds.

Coroner's officials also directed all questions to the local police department.
