Several donors turned out for aΒ blood drive and marrow screening before 11 a.m. Monday,Β Martin Luther King Jr. Day,Β at First Missionary Baptist Church in Banning.

The Blood of the Martyrs blood drive, sponsored by the nonprofit Lifestream, wasΒ scheduled 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 20Β at 332 N. Allen St.Β Each donorΒ Monday can receive a $5 gift card for Subway while supplies last.
