We Dont need Lloyd White for State Senate
There are better choices than this crooked Councilman who is working to fatten his own pocketbook
Lloyd White has no business running for State Senate. He ran for city council on false pretenses and soon as he got elected his true plans were revealed. I grew up in Beaumont and served on the city council for 21 years. I was also a volunteer fireman and planning commissioner. Yes its true that Lloyd White replaced me on the city council a little over 5 years ago. He has stated on his State Senate Campaign site that he lead the charge Here is a quote from that site.
"The report from the Riverside County Grand Jury noted multiple abuses by members of the Beaumont City Council who held office prior to 2014. After reformers led by White took control of the City Council, seven people β including Beaumontβs Chief of Police β were convicted of criminal acts and ordered to pay restitution to the city"
The truth, Lloyd White got the 2nd most votes, his partner Mark Orozco got the most votes and was out of office 2 years later being convicted on a felony. Funny how Lloyd failed to mention this. He also failed to mention his financial ties with his employer ERSI corporation and getting them city business. He voted on contracts that he shouldn't of and should have been prosecuted for it, but some reason the DA has failed to act. Finally the big concern is his lies about his support for the warehouse in Cherry Valley on Cherry Valley Blvd. When I was councilmember we voted to oppose this warehouse. Now if you look at Lloyd White's contributions for State Senate, you will see a contribution from Tsg Cherry Valley LP, whose registered agent is William Shophoff who is the very developer for this huge Warehouse. Now we know why Lloyd White settled the WRCOG lawsuit so he could get over 3 million dollars of Beaumont money sent to WRCOG to pay for this interchanged which isn't even in the city of Beaumont.

I would just to point out that he is being indorsed by former Senator Jeff Stone, who was a former Riverside County Supervisor who paid his sister over 200,000 dollars in campaign funds to dress up as a homeless person and allowed her to use a county vehicle in violation of county rules.
