The teenage girls told police that the driver approached them on Casa Bona Avenue, rolled down the passenger window and called for them to "get in." The girls immediately ran onto Semeria Avenue while the man drove south on Casa Bona Avenue, according to police.
The girls described the car as a black four-door vehicle, possibly an SUV, with black tinted windows. The steering wheel had a cover decorated with characters from the movie "The Nightmare Before Christmas," police said.
