Long Beach Street Closed for Police Case

A section of westbound Ocean Boulevard was closed today between Magnolia and Chestnut avenues while police investigated how a patrol car's window was shattered earlier.

The closure was continuing early this afternoon. The vehicle's side window was damaged about 10:30 a.m. near Ocean Boulevard and Chestnut Avenue, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
