The campaign of Councilman Gary DeLong, who is running as the Republican candidate for the 47th Congressional District, will host a community picnic from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday.
Burgers, hot dogs, baked beans, and shave ice will be served, and entertainment includes a face painter and balloon artist.
