A 26-year-old parolee suspected in a series of indecent exposure cases in Los Angeles County was in custody today and investigators were seeking additional possible victims.

Albert Raul Pulido of South Gate was arrested on Oct. 25, two days after a 21-year-old woman in North Long Beach spotted his vehicle and recognized him as the person who allegedly exposed himself to her two months earlier in Lynwood, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

The woman used her cell phone to record images of the vehicle and then contacted Long Beach police, who tracked Pulido through his vehicle and arrested him, officials said.

Pulido is a registered sex offender who was on parole at the time of his arrest and wore a tracking device, according to the sheriff's department.

A check of the device placed Pulido at or near the scene of seven indecent exposure crimes, authorities said.

Detectives from the Sheriff's Special Victims Bureau then contacted the victims, who range in age from 14 to 25, and each positively identified Pulido as the person who allegedly exposed himself to them, according to the sheriff's department.

Pulido, who has a history of indecent exposure dating back to 2002, is being held without bail at the Pitchess Detention Facility in Castaic, according to the sheriff's department.

Detectives believe he may have committed other acts of indecent exposure and were urging any possible victims or anyone else with information about the suspect to contact the Sheriff's Special Victims Bureau at (877) 710-5273. Anonymous tips can be made by calling Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS.
