What's To Do on NYE?

Activities will be plenty on New Year’s Eve in Long Beach, with events taking place across Belmont Shore and Downtown Long Beach.

Here’s a rundown of New Year’s events, all going down Saturday, Dec. 31:

, 5 p.m.

From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., George’s Greek Café will feature a live band, a champagne toast, Greek dancing, and a balloon drop.

• Waterfront Amphitheater, 100 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, CA

Live bands, face painters and magicians, among other acts, will take to the streets Saturday evening in celebration of the impending New Year. A ten-minute fireworks show will kick off at 9 p.m.

Family-friendly festivities will be alive at KDB on Saturday, which will be dishing out discounts on games, food and drinks for a majority of the evening.
