My favorite place in Long Beach right now!

Our friendly neighborhood launder, Ed!

I found this place one day after our in home laundry room located in our apartment complex broke down! I have past it previously on several occasions but thought nothing of it because before hand it was a bicycle repair shop that seemingly was never open. It was cold out on this particular day in March of 2018 and it was also very late; approximately 10:00 pm at night. Me being a housekeeper providing 24 hour service and also doing laundry for clients was in quite a pickle. There it was , and the sign read, "open". It was surprisingly warm, clean and felt extra friendly once inside. Not your usual riffraff hanging around and it was quite busy for a late night. I was quite pleased with this laundry mat so I returned again and again, until I met the owner, Ed! He was so friendly with a humongous boyish smile, shy even. I was short on quarters, complained alot and was in a bad way because my business was lacking clients. This nice man, owner of the laundry gave me advice, a poster on his wall to advertise my business and a job! So I commend this gentleman for having the greatest place in Long Beach to me right now, with all the ever-changing additudes and paranoia going on because if the increased crime. He keeps a steady, non biased head and I now consider him family. I wanted to share this story for the holidays about 4th Street laundry on Redondo and 4th because if it was not for this place I would be a little more unhappy during this holiday season! Thank you Ed!
