New Business in the Marketplace: The Veggie Grill
It's not open yet, but we'll be checking out The Veggie Grill, which says it's opening soon in Chopstix restaurant's former space beside Trader Joe's.
This new business, The Veggie Grill, is coming soon in the Marketplace. Have you heard about it? The website says it has locations in Southern California and Oregon, and it's been rated #1 new restaurant in O.C. by the Orange County Register, and Restaurant of the Year by VegNews.
And given its location near the corner pocket of the Marketplace occupied by Neckter Juice Bar and Roots Gourmet, beside Trader Joe's, it looks like a concentration of mutually beneficial businesses.
