Does This Take the Cake? (NSFW)

First it should be said that this image is not suitable for work (NSFW). Which led to our initial theory: this is not an early bird birthday cake.

Other than that, and the birthday guy being Leo, it was mystery why the frosted cake lay on the sidewalk for well over five hours Sunday, some bites taken but definitely not a slice.

The pharmacist workers said the cake, of a woman from the neck to the thighs sporting a bikini, had been on the sidewalk since they arrived at 9:45 a.m. "It has to have been there all night," said a customer, laughing as she jogged by, "because who would have that cake in the morning?"

Here are a few more comments by passersby, then we want to hear your idea of what happened.
