Uniform Complaint Procedures (Procedimientos uniformes de quejas)

As a result of a new state regulation, Board Policy 1312.3- Uniform Complaint Procedures (UCP) was revised. The LBUSD Board of Education approved the revision on November 18, 2020. If you are interested in reviewing the revised policy, it is posted on the District website. In addition, the associated UCP Annual Notice for 2020-21 was revised and is attached. A hard copy of the annual notice is available at any school site or District office in both English and Spanish.

Se revisó el Procedimiento Uniforme de Quejas (UCP, según sus siglas en inglés) como resultado de un nuevo reglamento estatal, Política de la Junta de Educación 1312.3.
